Why Mediate?
Mediation often ends conflicts. It occurs when an impartial mediator facilitates negotiation between people in controversy to help them find real solutions to voluntarily resolve their dispute.

Negotiated settlements achieved in mediation allow all parties involved to save themselves from the expenses, risks, hassles and lost time associated with court.
Mediation can be less stressful than litigation. The unpleasantness of testifying in open court before a judge or jury regarding sensitive or painful subjects is avoided, as well as the possibility of unfavorable publicity for the people or businesses involved.

In mediation, the parties themselves control the outcome of the case, rather than a judge or jury. Mediated settlement conferences give people a chance  to find creative arrangements that are agreeable to all involved.
